Every home is equipped with PVC pies for future radon mitigation systems if necessary. We also choose energy star appliances (per community) throughout the house, install tankless gas water heaters, add insulated garage walls and ceilings to further protect your home from heat gain and loss and once your home is complete, we make it a top priority to recycle any and all waste from the construction process.
