Lee Ann can’t say enough good things about her new home. “The Lewis had so many features that fit my lifestyle and the price was right,” said Lee Ann who purchased a Lewis at Chickahominy Falls. She looked at other Cornerstone plans but was drawn to The Lewis because she really likes the open flow concept with the kitchen and great room and the roomy dining area within the main living space. “This home lives large!” Also, having a designated office space at the front of the home and not having to use the 2nd bedroom for an office was important to Lee Ann. Other features she loves are the large owner’s entry and the big pantry, both located close to each other which is so convenient when bringing in groceries! “The option for a lower level was perfect for a 3rd bedroom and full bath, large recreation room and more storage areas,” said Lee Ann.
