Off To A Fresh Start.

Ralph Waldo Emerson said the first wealth is health. And at Chickahominy Falls, we couldn’t agree more. That’s why we’ve thoughtfully created classes and events all month long so all your best New Year’s intentions can actually stand a chance. With a lifestyle designed around health and wellness, this first month of 2020 has plenty of opportunities to help keep you accountable.

To Market, To Market.

Join us this Saturday, January 18th for the first Farm Stand of the year. Selling winter greens and roots by heaps and mounds. Pinwheel Farm will be on site with their pasture-raised, non-GMO eggs, breads and muffins. And canned goods, spices and meats will make for the perfect, farm-fresh meal. The Farm Stand will be open every other Saturday, until The Farm officially wakes up from its winter slumber on Earth Day. Stay up-to-date on all the latest dirt about Woodside Farms and the Farm Stand.

Don’t Chase Rainbows. Eat Them.

On Sunday, January 19th, join in on the second part of our series, Eat The Rainbow. Blair Doucette will help you start the new year off fresh by exploring the health benefits of two of our favorite colors. Find out why yellow and green foods are great for boosting your immune system and how to incorporate them into your daily routine in the tastiest ways possible. Register today!

Get Healthier & Happier.

We are closing out this month with our two-day Health and Wellness Fair on January 24th-25th. We’ve pulled together all of the area’s best experts including Hanover Yoga and Wellness, Nourish Health and Wellness Psychiatry, Hanover Accupuncture, Little Sweet Nutrrition and Hens and Hemp. Find out all the delicious details.
