Get To Know Your 55+ Dream Team
of Sales Managers
April is a Goochland native and a country girl at heart. Raised to ‘live off the land’, she is no stranger to farm life or the importance of locally sourced food. April is excited to lend a hand to future homeowners and help grow something new: the community at Chickahominy Falls!
What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Knowing that I can positively impact people’s lives is truly rewarding. I’m grateful for the opportunity to guide homebuyers towards a future with worry-free living and more time for the social side of 55!
Why are you excited to be part of Chickahominy Falls?
From the managed farm, to the amenities and activities, I believe that Chickahominy Falls is the most unique community in the Richmond area. I’m excited to meet homeowners that have the same passion and excitement for this lifestyle as I do!
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I have an 18-month-old daughter and loving husband at home that are my whole world. We take frequent adventures to the hot spots around Richmond: the Richmond Metro Zoo, the Science Museum, Lewis Ginter, libraries, and plenty of parks! I hope to see you there, too!
Something people are always surprised to learn about you?
I am a huge animal lover! I volunteer with my husband at local rescues and shelters, and have quite the herd at home with 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a 100-lb. tortoise that lives in our backyard!
Favorite vegetable?
If I had to choose, I would say asparagus. It goes with everything!

Greg knows a thing or two about embarking on new adventures. He once owned a surf shop and learned early on how rewarding it is to share his passion with others. He looks forward to helping 55+ homeowners stay energized, engaged, and enjoy the ride of their lives at Chickahominy Falls.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The cool thing about working with 55+ homebuyers is they are heading into what should be the most exciting times of their lives. Guiding people, simplifying the process, and then sharing in their experiences is incredibly rewarding. Best job in the world.
Why are you excited to be part of Chickahominy Falls?
I’ve always been a fan of innovators and people who do things differently. Integrating health and wellness so deeply into the community is such a unique and important concept. It’s exciting being part of Greater Richmond’s first 55+ agri-community.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I play guitar. As a musician, that’s one of the things I love about our floorplans. We have flex spaces that can be turned into music rooms, art studios, libraries, home offices and more.
Something people are always surprised to learn about you?
I used to own a surf shop and I still surf whenever I get the chance.
Favorite vegetable?
Sweet potato. A little butter, sprinkle of brown sugar, it’s heaven on a plate.
