Thanks to everyone who celebrated with us at our first official fall festival.
Something was definitely in the air at Fall Fest on The Farm, and it wasn’t just the crisp, autumn breeze. On Sunday, October 21, the excitement was palpable for Greater Richmond’s first and only 55+ agri-community.
Over two hundred prospective homebuyers and members of our development and homebuilding teams came together to celebrate the season, enjoy farm-inspired fun at Woodside Farms, and explore opportunities to be part of the first two neighborhoods, Woodside Meadows and The Orchard.
In addition to enjoying live music and a taste of the local food scene, guests were given Dusty Boots Tours of The Barn, the community’s first signature health and wellness amenity. Much of the exterior work is complete, insulation was recently installed, and soon a team of finishing craftsmen will complete the interior spaces.
“We’re excited that this dual purpose facility, which will serve as both a working barn for Woodside Farms and a social and educational center for our homeowners, will be fully operational in early 2019,” said Roger Glover, Founder of The Crescent Group and Cornerstone Homes. “It was important that we have this up and ready for when our first homeowners move into their homes. Even though unusually wet weather dampened progress this year, I’m excited to say we will definitely meet that goal and The Barn will be open for our Phase One homebuyers in early 2019.”
Sales Managers from Cornerstone Homes and StyleCraft Homes were also on hand at Fall Fest to meet with prospective homeowners and show them where the first two neighborhoods are coming to life. Future homeowners also got a firsthand glimpse of where other signature amenities will be located, including miles of walking and wellness trails that will wind throughout the community and a 5-star clubhouse that will overlook a pool and fishing pond.
A Few Great Opportunities Remain for 2019 Delivery.
