Drawing Is Coming

Thursday July 12.

First, a great big Thanks to all of our VIPs and everyone who is excited to be part of Greater Richmond’s first and only 55+ agri-community. Response has been to the moon. While this is great news and it validates our vision for creating a farm-inspired community where happier, healthier lifestyles thrive, it requires a new approach to sales. Given the limited number of homesites available in our first phase—and our commitment to being fair and transparent to all of our homebuyers—we’re hosting a special drawing for the first 40 homesites on July 12. It’s called Founders’ Day and here’s everything you need to know.

The drawing for the first 40 homesites at Chickahominy Falls will be held on Thursday, July 12.

Cornerstone Homes has 22 homesites available in Woodside Meadows for its Carriage Homes. See Cornerstone Siteplan & Floorplans

StyleCraft Homes has 18 homesites available in The Orchard for its Cottage Homes. See StyleCraft Siteplan & Floorplans

Prior to Tuesday, June 26th we will send you an email with Two (2) Purchase Packages (one for each of our builders). Each package will include the following:

Official rules of the Founders’ Day Drawing
Homeowners Association Documents (HOA Docs)
The Builder’s Sales Contract
Request for proof of source of funds or a pre-qualification letter
Request for a $30,00 deposit on your homesite

IMPORTANT: To be eligible for the July 12th drawing, you must complete and return your completed package(s) by Friday July 6th5:00pm (EST). Delivery details will be included in the Purchase Packages.

Once we receive your completed Purchase Package(s), you will be eligible for our Founders’ Day Drawing.

What To Expect On

The Day Of The Drawing

Everyone will be invited to watch The Drawing live online through our Facebook page.

If you submitted a complete and timely Purchase Package(s), you‘ll be included in The Drawing.

We will draw 22 names for Cornerstone Homes’ first release of 22 homesites

We will draw 18 names for StyleCraft Homes’ first release of 18 homesites

We will continue drawing all of the remaining names to be designated as Alternates.

The order in which names are drawn will determine Priority Position with that builder for a Contract Appointment to meet with the sales manager, select your homesite and ratify your contract.

After your name is drawn, we will contact you with the date and time for your Contract Appointment.

For example: if your name is drawn first, your Priority Number is 1 and you will be given the first time slot on the first day of the Builder’s Contract Appointments. If your Priority Number is 2, you will be given the second time slot on the first day of Contract Appointments, and so on.

We’ll continue contacting people, in the order of their Priority position, until all of the Contract Appointments for the 40 homesites are scheduled and all Alternates are informed.

If you choose to defer your Contract Appointment Date & Time, you will move to the front of the Alternates’ line.

Alternates who did not have an opportunity to purchase a home in this first release will retain their Priority Position for the next sales release.

If you choose to drop out of The Drawing, or do not sign a Sales Contract, you will receive a full refund of your $30,000 deposit.
