Hoo-boy, are we ready for spring!
42 days of winter precipitation muddied up our forecast a bit and created a few construction delays beyond our control. See our list of milestones below with revised dates noted.
1. Community Site Plan Coming Late February
This will be your first chance to see the entire vision of Chickahominy Falls and how the 55+ homes, resort-amenities, farm, and river all come together to create a truly special place to live.
2. Clubhouse Rendering Coming Mid March
We’re finalizing a suite of renderings now and giving our VIPs the first chance to see them. The Clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and fitness trails will anchor our 5-star resort amenities including a pool house, cabana, fire pits, and event lawn.
3. Introducing The Sales Team,
Floor Plans, & Pricing In May
In the first phase of development, Chickahominy Falls will feature single family detached Carriage Homes from Cornerstone Homes and single family detached Cottage homes from StyleCraft Homes.

Seed & Social Event April 14
Join us as we celebrate the first vegetable Planting at Woodside Farms with live music, food trucks, and a special Information Session. Meet the development team and learn about our first lot release. Keep an eye out for your official invitation.
5. Founders’ Day Purchasing Process

Because you’re a registered VIP, you’ll be among the first to have the opportunity to purchase a home in the first neighborhoods. We’ll be sending you important details about this Founders’ Day Event.
