This will be a hands-on class learning and making three dishes. Make new friends working together, and enjoy the dishes at the end of class.
About the Instructor:
Laurel Herman is a local Richmond chef, culinary instructor, and storyteller. The last 15 years she has focused on incorporating her extensive knowledge of Culinary Medicine into our everyday meals for enjoyment and vitality. Her work centers around culinary ancestral/ethnic, and cultural roots. Using food, storytelling, and music she helps create a sensory experience of remembrance. Sharing the powerful connection between food and the human spirit is her passion.
Laurel is a culinary graduate of Thames Valley University, London, UK, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and author of The Inner Kitchen and The Blissed-Out Chef.
