This class will provide two bread mixes for you as an attendee. Please bring a container with secure lid that will hold up to three quarts of product to start your journey.
About the Instructor:
Sharon Munyak, the owner of Hobby Hill Farm Fresh, started in 2011 when markets shifted from retail with the introduction of specialty foods. Hobby Hill Farm was there in the beginning with classes on making cheeses, breads, jams & pickles. They started at an incubator kitchen and business has been growing over the last 9 years. Sharon has been teaching classes at many venues, and she will teach you tips and tricks to making great foods.
