Greg knows a thing or two about embarking on new adventures. He once owned a surf shop and learned early on how rewarding it is to share his passion with others. He looks forward to helping 55+ homeowners stay energized, engaged, and enjoy the ride of their lives at Chickahominy Falls.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The cool thing about working with 55+ homebuyers is they are heading into what should be the most exciting times of their lives. Guiding people, simplifying the process, and then sharing in their experiences is incredibly rewarding. Best job in the world.
Why are you excited to be part of Chickahominy Falls?
I’ve always been a fan of innovators and people who do things differently. Integrating health and wellness so deeply into the community is such a unique and important concept. It’s exciting being part of Greater Richmond’s first 55+ agri-community.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I play guitar. As a musician, that’s one of the things I love about our floorplans. We have flex spaces that can be turned into music rooms, art studios, libraries, home offices and more.
Something people are always surprised to learn about you?
I used to own a surf shop and I still surf whenever I get the chance.
Favorite vegetable?
Sweet potato. A little butter, sprinkle of brown sugar, it’s heaven on a plate.
Anyone who has spent time with Kimberly knows that her smile can light up a room and the joy she gets from helping others is genuine. This Fredericksburg native currently lives in Hanover so she knows firsthand what makes this little slice of Greater Richmond so special.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
There are so many things I love about my job, but helping people is the most rewarding. It’s exciting to work with someone through the different stages of the home building experience and see how excited they are to create new memories. I am helping to shape the journey for a lot of people and it gives me the best feeling in the world.
Why are you excited to be part of Chickahominy Falls?
I am so excited to be part of this community, because I live in Hanover myself and the idea of being connected to Woodside Farms with fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers, plus a gorgeous event barn just seems amazing. I’m so happy for the lucky people who will get to call Chickahominy Falls their home.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I love spending time with my husband and two boys. You can find us at the soccer field, visiting various parks, riding our bikes, and taking day trips. We have lots of gear so I know how important storage is. It’s one of the things I emphasized when we created our floorplans. The little things make all the difference.
Something people are always surprised to learn about you?
People are often surprised to hear that my husband can usually get me to go hunting with him once a season. He’s a lucky man.
Favorite vegetable?
I love all vegetables, but Brussels sprouts are my favorite.
